This was the first time we have ever had shower doors install installed which are thick glass. The entire process was extraordinarily painless from the sales and estimation portion to the installation. The install crew was professional, prompt and did a fantastic job with the installation. The gap between the fixed Pain and the door which opens was consistent from top to bottom, the features of the door were explained thoroughly as well as as the cleaning process, and when they left there was no sign that they had been there other than two fabulous new doors!

My wife and I just had our house built and we needed a glass shower door. I called around a few places near me and they recommended Timeless Shower Doors. During the initial estimate, he was awesome and discussed the options with me. I made my choices and they said they would call when it was ready. A few weeks later I got the call and they scheduled the install. The guys that came were great and knew what they were doing. I asked if they wanted a cup of coffee and he said "We'll be out of here in 25 minutes. I don't think I can finish a cup of coffee in that time." They were out in exactly 25 minutes.These guys are great!

I have had my shower glass installed a few weeks ago and I was very happy with it. I ordered the glass and I was told that it would take about 4 weeks to get it in from the manufacturer and I was ok with that. This company is terrific! I found them randomly from an internet search after a few companies my contractor sent could not do what I wanted. We had two sets of shower doors installed. We are pleased with both and they have added a beautiful, finishing touch to our bathroom remodel. I highly recommend using Timeless Shower Doors and will use them again.I am nit-picking on the remainder of my comments as I have given a 5-Star review and would recommend TSD for anyone considering replacement of their shower doors.The installations in each of our bathrooms were completed by different technicians. I was completely impressed with the fit and finish of the first set of doors. The gaps between the walls and glass panes were exceptional and looked absolutely perfect. This may have raised the expectation of the second set and unfortunately, they were not quite as tight. We're only talking a small difference, but the first installer set the bar very high!We've been using the showers for a many weeks now and we've not had any problems what-so-ever. Even with the slightly larger gaps, there isn't a problem with water escaping the shower. If the first set of doors wasn't so good - I wouldn't know any better!Thanks to TSD for a great purchasing and service experience!

The Timeless Shower Doors team was great from beginning to end. I sent a rough sketch over while I was remodeling my bathroom and got a rough estimate back within one day. After the remodel was complete I scheduled a measurement and they were prompt and right on time. The final quote came in very close to the original rough estimate and they took the time to answer all of my questions and run through various options. Ultimately I went with Timeless Shower Doors and they beat their own timing by 1.5 weeks! The installation went smoothly and the door and fixed panel look great!
